Google Drive is similar to the hard drive in a computer, but it is cloud based.  This means it works only via the internet.  This is also where your assignments and other downloads will automatically appear to be stored.  It is important to organize your drive because as you work on assignments (in Google drive or slides) they will automatically save into your drive.
