You will need to do 25 hours of Athletic Training. This is where we will put in practice our skills that we learn in the classroom during home sporting events. Please plan accordingly if you know your schedule will get more busy as the semester goes on.

Please take notes and add pictures with each different modality using a Google Doc. 

For your Ice baths vs Hot bath activities we did in the past weeks, I want you to create graphs using the data you collected (2-3 graphs). Use your data and graph to summarize your findings (4-5 sentences). Attach your data. 


Answer the following questions in your summary:


Why would you use ice baths? Hot baths?
Did certain body types work with a specific bath?
Would changing the temperatures of each bath affect your data?
Were subjects who took ice baths recover better versus hot baths?
What noticeable changes did you see or feel when in either bath?
Overall, what is your opinion on ice baths and hot baths?
