Investigate all slides and diagnose each person!

Today, you will be creating phone cups!! These were used in 1664 and originally used cans and a piece of string. For this lab you will create the phone cups using the material found on my desk! How much of what you need is in your document.

Before you gather material, please watch the video in the document and answer the questions. Once you finish your questions, work on the lab portion. Answer the questions and follow directions. Ensure when making your holes in your cup that you are being very careful and not making holes that are too large. This will affect the ability of your cups. 

If you finish, use the extra time to finish your worksheets that are going into your notebook or finish your last week Blood Pressure Lab.

You will be using the manual blood pressure cuffs to determine your partner blood pressure. Fill in all of the missing data in the worksheet. If you have any questions please read through the directions or ask Mr. Jimenez for help.

For this assignment, underline where you found your answer and highlight the answer when answering the questions.

We will be taking notes throughout the next coupe of weeks.

For this lab, you are collecting your own data! Meaning, when the rest are ran on you, the results will be put in your own document and submitted. I do NOT want a group submission of the assignment. This lab will be submitted and completed by Friday, March 4th (next week).  


Make sure you answer all of the questions, read the procedure thoroughly and fill in every box.

You will be taking notes on a Google Doc and following along with activities in the presentation!

Complete the study guide. This will count towards actual test.




There is an attached Quizlet below that you will need to study as well. It contains prefixes and suffix's to some words that you have heard or learned already. 

This is for those of you who are on independent studies. If you are in person, disregard this assignment by simply turning it in with nothing. 


Independent students: The PDF is the lab but you will need to transfer all work onto a doc. Please organize and information and make it neat!

You may share your google slide as a group however, I would like a legend of who wrote what down in the slides. For example:
Student A = Red
Student B = Blue
Student C = Yellow

Follow directions on the worksheet. Must have data from all group members! Will lose points for omitting data.

Answer the following questions using complete sentences.

Begin with these questions. Be certain to put your name on it! When you finish, start with memorizing the bones of the skull and the landmarks. There are a lot of them so be sure you are practicing. If you are not sure which ones you should learn, you should know all of them! You can find the pages to study on the same page your found your answers in the textbook I will post a gimkit or kahoot to help you with them later this week.

Complete thin slide by following directions on slide. These slides are similar to the one we have done in the past. Do not overthink!

Answer all 22 questions in chapter 4 (the check for understanding questions). Please type all questions down with response. When finished, work on studying our tissue and their locations.

You will take notes on lecture from the Google slides. This will include images at times in order to help understand terms, anatomical positions and more.

Independent students: These are the slides we will be going over for class. Attached are images of the slide so take notes on everything on the slide. There is also a Doc for you to take notes on. When you finish do not turn in. We will continue to add until we finish the the chapter!
